When you fill out our Interest List or Contact forms, we collect the information you choose to provide—typically your name, email address, phone number, and any details you share about your child or your questions for us. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or third-party advertising tools on this website, and we do not collect information automatically beyond what our hosting provider (Netlify) logs for basic site security and performance.
How we use it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry, guide you through our enrollment process (Connection Call, tour, paperwork, and Discovery Day), and share relevant program updates if you’ve asked to be kept informed. We do not sell, rent, or share your family’s information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Children’s information
As a school, we may collect information about your child during the admissions and enrollment process, always provided directly by a parent or guardian—never collected from a child directly through this website. That information is used exclusively for enrollment, safety, and educational purposes, and is handled with the same care and confidentiality as any other family record.
Where your information is stored
Website form submissions are processed through Netlify, our website hosting provider, and delivered directly to our email. We do not maintain a separate public database of family information.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or remove your information from our records at any time by emailing us directly. We’re happy to answer any questions about what we have on file.
